As Person Centred Counsellors we are committed to providing a safe open and non-judgmental environment where you have space to talk about your concerns, feel listened to and know you have been heard. We will allow you to explore your problems with us in a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy and acceptance.
Our approach is very much centred on the development of a trusting relationship and seeing the potential for healing. We are here to listen and meet you in your experiences. To support you to find your own sense of power to create positive changes in your own life.

Over the years we have had the privilege of working with clients who have experienced the positive benefits of the Person Centred approach to counselling, enabling them to work through their own individual issues within a safe therapeutic relationship.
We are registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work to their ethical frame work to ensure clients are treated with respect and care.
Mindfulness in schools:
.be (dot-be) "stop and be" is a 10 lesson mindfulness programme specifically designed for 11-18 years olds for use in schools, further educational establishments and youth related organisations. We are trained to deliver this course and both hold enhanced disclosure PVG's with Public Liability Insurance.
Mindfulness is about paying attention to what you are feeling in the here and now, focusing on what is happening inside your body and around you. With mindfulness training, kids, teenagers and young adults can develop ways of regulating their thoughts and emotions by practicing mindful breathing and grounding techniques.
Focusing on the present can offer participants tools for building their resilience and ways of managing their thoughts and emotions. This could help reduce issues such as anger, anxiety, stress, depression and it may also help with sleep issues and self-esteem.
